Joining the Brokerage:
The company offers 5 different commission structures that range from a 60% commission split up to a 100% split. The beak down on the specific structures are located in Exhibit A below.

Transferring License
Licensees who are transferring from another brokerage must complete the following forms prior to activating the license under the Key Advantage Realty name:

Non-MLS Disclosure Exhibit B
Licensee Information Form
Nevada License Transfer (504)
Termination from current brokerage (505)

*Original signatures are required and therefore paperwork must be supplied in person or via mail.
**Licensees who have been inactive for more than 30 days must use state form 544
 

Activating a new license
Licensees who are activating an original license must complete the following forms prior to activating the license under the Key Advantage Realty name:
