Key Advantage is a license hanging and referral brokerage that is designed to minimize reoccurring fees yet maintain active license status. The brokerage maintains some of the highest referral splits in the country. Applicants are encouraged to review the broker agreements below and join the brokerage accordingly.

Licensees who are transferring from another brokerage must complete the following forms prior to activating the license under the Key Advantage name:

DOWNLOAD NOWLicensees who are transferring from another brokerage must also complete the required state forms. (state forms must include the broker's signature) The entire licensing transfer process can be completed via email contact@KeyNV.com & US Mail (Click here to view the Transfer via US Mail checklist)
Print and complete state form 504
Specifically, complete the licensee identifying information above section 1 on page 2 of the 504 and Complete / Sign section 8 of the form. (The brokerage will add the broker signature and date stamp once returned to the brokerage)

Licensees who are currently on inactive must complete the following paperwork:

All documents can be mailed to Key Advantage (3320 East Flamingo Rd #31 Las Vegas NV 89121) for processing or licensees can physically visit the brokerage office to obtain all required paperwork. Do NOT mail documents that cannot be easily replaced. If application sent via mail, a self address stamped envelope should be enclosed for return of signed documents.
